Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues
We understand that sometimes items may arrive in less than- perfect condition.If you receive a broken ,torn, or damaged item , we will gladly offer you store credit for the purchase price.To initiate a return for a damaged item, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order.We may require photographic evidence of the damaged item to process your request.

Returns 
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of your purchase.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

RETURN SHIPPING COST:

Please note, You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back. We do not pay for return shipping or handling costs (unless you received damaged or incorrect items). We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Please be aware that we do not offer cash refunds.Instead ,we will issue store credit for the purchase price, which you can use for future purchases on our website.Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used on our website.For further assistance, please contact us

STORE CREDIT:

Once your return has been accepted and approved,  we will process the store credit within 2-4 business days.  An email notification will be sent to you with the store credit details.  Store credit does not expire.
